Sharing Our Values

The Benedictine values at Villa Madonna Academy have a 115 year history. The Benedictine Sisters of St. Walburg Monastery founded the Academy on the values of scholarship, service, hospitality, respect, stewardship, peace, and prayer. Those values continue today.

One will find those values lived out as students welcome visitors with a warm greeting or volunteering in the commununity serving at churches, hospitals, and schools. One will also find students sharing their gifts with others. Recently, two second grade students, Seava Sierra King and Emily Robinson (above), celebrated their birthdays. Instead of getting gifts, they gave gifts. They collected items to create goodie bags for the Sisters at the Monastery. The students' generosity brought a smile to everyone's faces. This kind of thoughtfulness is common among Villa students, and we are happy to showcase it.

Spread kindness like confetti and show your values!
