Learning in Progress
Sep 03, 2015
Everywhere you look in the elementary school, there is learning in progress. Walk around campus and you'll find lessons abound. In the second grade classroom, you'll see students paired up working on reading comprehension together. In the lobby outside the theatre, you may find the first graders meeting with the new guidance counselor Gabrielle Wuebben or you may see third grade students playing with a hula hoop to learn about teamwork. You'll find fourth graders in the red building telling stories with pictures and no words. Look outside and you'll see the fifth graders learning about the scientific method while they blow bubbles. You may also find the kindergarten students out on the playground starting friendships with the seventh grade students. Learning happens in and out of the classroom here at Villa. Ask your child what he or she learned today!
