French and Spanish Students Succeed
May 09, 2016
We are #VillaProud of our students who performed very well on their National French and Spanish exams. The group of students above are from grades 1-6. They were all recognized for their high scores on the French exam. We also had many junior and high school students recognized for their French and Spanish scores.
Learning a world language starts in kindergarten at Villa Madonna Academy. Students study French for part of the year and Spanish for part of the year, and then, starting in first grade, they choose one language to study through middle school. Villa's language program continues through junior high and high school with students having the option to study French, Latin, or Spanish.
We believe world language is a key component of a well-rounded education as we prepare students for a life in a global economy. To learn more about our world language program, please contact Janet Baugh, our admissions director, at 859-331-6333 ext. 139.
