One gorgeous day on campus, our Advanced Placement (AP) Human Geography students made their way outside to learn about Geograpic Information Systems. Freshman Neema Adley and her classmates used hand-held GPS devices to mark latitude and longitude. The students also worked together using their data to find hidden objects around the school.

Villa offers twenty-three AP and Dual Credit college courses, and the faculty is proud of the fact that 86% of its AP test takers (freshman, sophmores, juniors, and seniors) earned scores of three or higher on their exams making them eligible to receive college credit for those courses. In Kentucky, 52% of test takes earn threes or higher.
